1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak11 ("pak11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pak11 website located at pak11.vip, including all related services, features, content, applications and platforms offered by pak11 (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet or wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Services in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the pak11 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account with pak11 or to use the Services in any way. pak11 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pak11 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that online gambling or sports betting is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of use. pak11 makes no representations as to the legality of the Services in any particular jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent that participation in online gaming activities is permitted under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use the Services: employees, contractors, directors or officers of pak11 or any of its affiliated entities; their immediate family members; and individuals who have registered for or are subject to a self-exclusion programme with pak11.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements. To access the full functionality of the pak11 Platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pak11 account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. pak11 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, to void any bets placed and to forfeit any associated balances.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pak11 immediately of any suspected or actual unauthorised access to your account. pak11 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). pak11 is required to carry out Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") standards. Before processing any withdrawal, pak11 may require you to submit identity verification documents including, without limitation, a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. pak11 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Cashier page, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and subject to change. Deposits are applied to your account balance only after payment confirmation is received.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. pak11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Cashier page. pak11 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, deposits and withdrawals on pak11 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the rate determined by pak11 at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak11 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by pak11 at its sole discretion. pak11 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at any time without notice, including bets placed after the commencement of an event.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event that pak11 offers odds or game payouts that are clearly erroneous (whether due to a technical fault, human error or any other cause), pak11 reserves the right to cancel any affected bets and to void any payouts associated with such erroneous prices, regardless of whether bets have already been settled.

5.3 PSL and Cricket Markets. Specific rules governing PSL, international cricket and other sports markets are published within the relevant sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

5.4 Live Casino. All live casino games on pak11 are subject to the rules of the relevant game provider. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the game provider's recorded session constitutes the definitive record for dispute resolution purposes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available by pak11 are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this clause and any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is published on the Promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. pak11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing risk-free bets using bonus funds to guarantee a withdrawal regardless of outcome; creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

6.4 One Welcome Bonus. The pak11 welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. It may not be claimed more than once by the same individual, device, household, IP address or payment method.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak11 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, probe or test the security of the pak11 platform without authorisation.
• Creating or using accounts on behalf of third parties.

Violations of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pak11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, software and databases, is the property of pak11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of pak11 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The pak11 Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

9.3 pak11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pak11 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

pak11's collection, use and protection of your personal information is governed by the pak11 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

pak11 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion to assist players in managing their gaming activity. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts. pak11 is strictly for players aged 18 and over.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

pak11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity; or at pak11's sole discretion for any operational reason. Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak11 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak11's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant licensing authority or to binding arbitration, as applicable under the governing jurisdiction's laws. Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution through pak11's customer support prior to initiating any formal dispute process.

14. Amendments

pak11 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance. Your continued use of the Services following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
